¿Se te ha ocurrido pensar que él tenía una información incorrecta?
Did you ever think that he had bad information?
Ocurrirse + pensar confuses me a bit.

Ocurrírsele algo a alguien -> Something comes to someone's mind.
Se me ocurre que vayamos al cine. I'm thinking that we should go to the movies. Se me ocurre ir al cine. I'm thinking of going to the movies. ¿Cómo se me ocurrió pedirle que viniera? What was I thinking when I asked him to come over? Tengo que escribir un cuento pero no se me ocurre nada. I must write a story, but I can't think of anything.

Thank you for the examples.
I should have mentioned that I already know what "occurirse" means. Though, ocurrirse + pensar doesn't make any sense to me. To me ear, I'd just go with pensar in this frase. I hope you understand what I mean.

Pensar can be used as to consider, to reflect on something.

I understand your point, the sentence is not well-written, the term "pensar" is redudant, the right form is:
¿Se te ha ocurrido que él tenía una información incorrecta? If you want to use "pensar" in the sentence then it should be: ¿Has pensado que él tenía una información incorrecta? Regards.
