Is this a mistake?

This is the place for questions about conjugations, verb tenses, adverbs, adjectives, word order, syntax and other grammar questions for English or Spanish.

Is this a mistake?

Nunca habríamos conocido a Michael.

My book says: we would never had met Michael.

I think it should be: we would never have met.

By the way, if I said "we wouldn't ever have met M.", would that be correct?

Thanks.
