I've never heard that one, but that's what it seems.
In Mexico we have:
-Creerse la última Coca-Cola del desierto.
-Creerse la última cheve/chela/cerveza del estadio.
-Creerse la divina garza.
-Creerse el/la muy muy.
-Creerse mucho
...
