Feliz Año Nuevo
I am a very goal oriented person so I'm trying to come up with reasonable, but challenging goals for my study of Spanish in 2016. It helps keeping me on track and motivated. So far I've come up with (1) complete 4 "learning Spanish" books (2) translate 1 novel from Spanish to English and (3) complete 365 consecutive days of the Duolingo app.
What would you add to or take away from these goals? What would be your #1 goal for a beginner to accomplish in a year? What are your own goals for 2016? Thanks for your time. Joe |

Add 'befriend a native speaker'.
Your second goal is, in my estimation, the one that will get you more bang for your buck. |
