It seems to me that both A & D are correct, but the answer is A, why D is not correct?

What's the actual meaning of the question? Is it how do I feel about Fernando? Or is it do you like Fernando?

D is not correct because sha is being asked about her feelings towards him, not about how she likes her activities with him.
