Does anybody know how to say spokes like the spokes on a bike wheel? I cant seem to find it .

Not in Spain. We use only the "radio de la rueda" expression here.

If I'm not mistaken, rayo is used in México. Can anyone confirm that?

Not in Spain. You'd problably get the equivalent of "the what of the wheel?".
