He's saying 'bien fuertes'.
The Spanish 'f' is not pronounced the same as in English. |

I agree with Rusty.
"Juerte" and similar pronunciations are more common, both in speech and writing as mockery or as a joke. I don't think you'll hear many people talking like that to a camera, since one tries to give a better impression of oneself when others will be watching. If you're trying to find people talking like that, you better look for videos of TV or event presenters, who introduce slang and deformed pronunciation to get more reactions from the people.
