"mas bien poco" = "rather little" or "rather small", referring to amount.

"más bien" is used in a similar manner to how we use "actually" in American English.

Sorry, how was "actually" used in it's origin and how it's used nowadays? a while ago someone of the forum told me but I can't remember the post.
