Business Card translation

Hi everybody!
I have doubts about the best translation Portuguese - English of a business card contents.I'm talking about the big boss business card, so......
As I cannot ask you to help me translate Port/Eng, I'll try to explain what we deal with and maybe you will be able to say the translation is ok or not.
I work at a government agency that coordinates all agriculture and cattle raising research in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The business card have to show the words in red.
Thank you very much for helping me and sorry for my english mistakes.
Regards

Jan
  • Government of the State of São Paulo
  • Secretariat of Agriculture and Food Provisionning
( or Supply? what's is better? We have to consider that the Secretariat is responsible for all political issues in the State in order to assure food security)
  • São Paulo Agency of Agrobusiness Technology
(or São Paulo Agency for Agrobusiness Technology )

This agency is linked to the Secretariat of Agriculture and Food Provisionning that’s subordinated to the Government of the State of São Paulo
  • The "big boss" name and position : Coordinator ( the portuguese title literally translated)
