Las ostras no me sientan bien
How can I express in English that? Oysters don t agree with me Oysters don t do good to me Oysters put me off Oysters don t sit on me Which one is correct?

Oysters disagree with me. (meaning they are difficult to digest)
I find oysters disagreeable (meaning I don't like they way they taste) Oysters don't sit well with me. (is a fancy way of saying I don't like oysters)
