Adjectives
La bolsa es de plástico.
I had that sentence in one of my study materials. Should it be "plástica" instead of "plástico"? |

It is written correctly.
Plástico is a noun in this sentence, not an adjective. You can tell it's a noun because of the preposition which precedes it. |
