I have a question about this thread.

Just the word gives notes could to work in this case.


I mean.

I would to say they just gave me the notes of the school.

I don't know if am right or not?

La palabra "note" en inglés sólo se traduce "nota" en el significado de un mensaje que escribes en una hojita. Las notas, o calificaciones en la escuela no son "notes", son "grades" (en EEUU) o "marks" (en Inglaterra).
