"Let's Drink" in Spanish
I want to say "Let's drink (alcohol)!" in Spanish, and want to know if "¡Tomamos!" works in that situation, since "tomar" can be used to mean "to drink." When I type "Tomamos" in any translator, "Let's drink" does not come back as a possible meaning.

"Tomamos" is present simple (-> "we drink"), that's why you can't have the translator to say what you mean.
We might use the "imperative" form for "us" (same as subjunctive): "tomemos"/"bebamos" However, this could feel unnatural depending on the ocassion. This kind of idea is preferably expressed through questions: - ¿Y si tomamos/bebemos algo? -> How about drinking something? - ¿Vamos a tomar/beber algo? -> Should we drink something? - ¿Tomamos/bebemos ya? -> Should we drink now? However, for making a toast you can add a theatrical tone by saying something like: "¡Bebamos por el gusto de estar aquí reunidos!" (Please note that "bebamos" is preferred here, as the construction asks for a higher register verb. "Tomar" is more colloquial and is preferred for another kind of constructions.)
