Pedido, dado y entregado

What situation applies to estar pedido, dado y entregado? There ought to be some common way to say "requested, given and delivered" but I can't think of how. It's more than just "ready, willing and able."

- Juan vino a pedir a María.
- Hoy vienen a pedir a Rosa.

Gracias. Es algo parecido a "to be spoken for" en el ámbito matrimonial.

Gracias.
