Crack is sometimes used as an adjective to mean exceptional just like it is used in Spanish. I don't use it, because, as an adjective, it has other meanings in English, and some of those meanings are quite negative referring to cocaine induced psychosis.

Siempre he sabido que crack, de origen inglés, es una persona con las características sub citadas. No existe en español.
¿Es posible?

In American English, crack only means superior if it is used as an adjective. He is a crack craftsman, for example. Calling someone a crack would be confusing.

Según el Oxford English Dictionary (omitiendo las acepciones marcadas como obsoletas, pero no me fío de que ninguna de estas acepciones sea actual), crack como sustantivo en inglés y refiriéndose a una persona podría significar bromista, loco, ladrón, o alguien de quien se jactan otros. La última sería la fuente de la palabra prestada, pero el ejemplo más reciente en el diccionario es de hace 134 años.
