I'll add a correction: This "éste" must be "este".
Although the new rules have removed all accents from demostratives, the old rule was that the written accent was placed on the pronoun, not the adjective:

- Me llegó hoy este mensaje.
- Éste es el mensaje al que me refiero.

- Ese caballo es muy veloz.
- El caballo más veloz es ése.

- Nos gustaría vivir en aquella casa.
- Nuestra casa es aquélla, al final de la calle.

- Estos días me siento muy cansada.
- No quiero vivir días como éstos otra vez.

- Esos ejemplos no son muy buenos.
- Los mejores ejemplos son éstos.

*By the way, the demostrative pronouns "esto", "eso" and "aquello" never bear a written accent, because these words are never used as adjectives.

- Esto es lo que más se me dificulta.
- Por eso decía que me gusta estar aquí.
- Olvida todo aquello que te causa tristeza.
