I am trying to translate an indian recipe "potato curry" in spanish.

This is the recipe

Grind garlic to a paste. Pressure cook potatoes , peel the skin and cut them into cubes.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds. When it splutters add the curryleaves and garlic paste. Fry till the raw smell of the garlic disappears and add onions .
fry for some time and add chilli, turmeric ,garam masala powders along with salt. Then add the potatoes. Mix well, Simmer the flame , close with a lid and
cook for 10 to 15 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

And I have translated as

Moler el ajo <<to a paste>>

Hervir las patatas hasta que estén tiernas,pelarlas y cortarlas en cuadros.

Calentar en una cazuela el aceite.Después las mostazas chisporrotean,agregar hojas de curry y garlic paste.

Freír hasta <<the raw smell of the garlic>>
desaparece y agregar las cebollas.

Freír para unos minutos y agregar ají en polvo,cúrcuma en polvo y sal.Entonces agregar las patatas.

Mezclarlos bien,reducir la llama,ciérrese con una tapa y cocer para diez <<to>> quince minutos.

Adornar con cilantros y servir calor.

Cocine las patatas en una olla de presión hasta que estén tiernas,pelarlas y cortarlas en cuadros.

Calentar en una cazuela el aceite.Después añande las semillas de mostaza. Cuando empiezan a chisporrotear,agregue las hojas de curry y y pasta de ajo.

Freír hasta el olor crudo de ajo
desaparece y agregue las cebollas.

Freír para unos minutos y agregue ají en polvo,cúrcuma en polvo y sal.Entonces agregue las patatas.

Mezclarlos bien,reducir la llama,tape el sartén y cocine diez hasta quince minutos.

Adorne con cilantro y sírvalo caliente.
