Cuando se trata de una oración así, se me cayeron los platos ¿qué tipo de verbo se usa? ¿Es pronominal o reflexivo?

He oido hablar que son iguales, pero no estoy seguro.

Un verbo reflexivo es un caso particular de un verbo pronominal. En el verbo reflexivo el sujeto realiza la acción sobre sí mismo. Los casos más comunes son los de verbos de higiene personal como "peinarse", "lavarse", "vestirse", etc.

El caso de "se me cayeron los platos" se llama "voz media"; se refiere a acciones que te suceden sin que haya una voluntad de por medio.
