¿Me podrían decir si los adjetivos están bien en cualquiera de estas posiciones, por favor?

El buen manual de dibujos
El manual bueno de dibujos
El manual de dibujos bueno
o

La máquina de escribir buena
La buena máquina de escribir
pero no "la máquina buena de escribir" porque "la máquina de escribir" va junto

Buen manual de dibujo (en singular).
Manual de dibujo bueno (singular).
Plural: (buenos) manuales de dibujo (buenos).

Otra cosa es que digas: "Es un manual muy bueno para aprender a dibujar".

Really I want to help with your sentences although you can take them or not.

I would say
Un buen manual.
El manual de dibujos.

Es buena la maquina de escribir.

You can compare my sentences with your ones and well you will can see the difference between them, please you be avoid in the moment to make the comparative already what you need to write the sentences in another way and surely I believe you will need to watch the order words.

Because there are many types of "manuales" can't the adjective go in any of those three places? Since "la máquina de escribir" is used to refer to a specific object, couldn't the adjective only go in these two places? That is, since "la máquina de escibir" is one specific object, can't it only go before or after the clause, whereas with "el manual de dibujos" it could go before, after, or in between the clause?
