English?
Menores de edad en inglés son minors. Tambien en algunas circunstancias se puede decir underage. Ejemplos:
Underage drinking is a huge social problem.
Selling alcohol products to minors is against the law.

Mayoría de edad en inglés es age of consent, legal age.
Now that she is 18 years old she has reached legal age and can marry without her parents' consent.

"Coming of age" - significance varies between cultures, and also
within a given society.

In NAmerica it can mean reaching legal age - 21 in the US (18 in New York), 19 in Canada. Also, in certain segments of society when a girl
turns 18 she has a "coming out" celebration (as with debutantes) when
she is formally presented to Society and eligible to marry.

Also as poli said, reaching puberty is another "coming of age", along with other "milestones" in maturation.

I guess one that hasn't yet been mentioned is "age of majority", included
in some of the above...it varies, 18, 19, 21 years of age.
