¿Es "run the full mile" una expresión idiomática conocida en inglés?
En el contexto en que la tengo, la traduciría como "llegar hasta el final" "perseverar hasta el final" o algo por el estilo. Cuando hablamos de un programa social o económico-laboral... He buscado por ahí, y he visto las entradas en el "Urban dictionary" y esta cita de carácter más bien religioso, aunque extrapolable a todo, supongo... Life is full of analogies to describe what it means to not give up. Whether you "run the full mile" or commit to being "in it till the end", the simplest term to define a "Stick-to-it" attitude is Perseverance... (Amanda Jones) En fin, cualquier "feedback" sobre este asunto, siempre bienvenido.

Me suena, pero no parece muy común. No la encuentro en BNC, COCA, ni Google Ngrams. Pues qué te digo, "perseverar hasta el final" me parece captar la esencia.
