Long live the meat hose

I have to design a Mexican foot truck mural, which reads "LONG LIVE THE MEATHOSE" but when I type in that phrase, I get three diffent options:

1 - larga vida a la manguera de carne

2 - Larga vida a la carne la manguera

3 - viva la manguera de carne

Can someone please tell me which one is most accurate?

I believe he meant 'food truck mural'.
The translation that was the most accurate of the three probably isn't the translation that is required. We really need more context.

I think "foot truck" is the name of the food selling vehicle... that's the kind of images I get when I google these words.

I've never heard of a 'foot truck'. I believe the images you're seeing are there because of the truck's dimensions. A 12-foot truck, a 20-foot truck, etc.

Murals are often painted on food trucks to help advertise what is being sold.

Food trucks are also called:
(mobile) food vending trucks
vending trucks
concessions trucks
catering trucks
mobile kitchens

Substitute 'trailer' or 'cart' for other types of mobile vending.

That makes sense... so I guess the "food truck" is the most likely possibility.

I thought those images were there because of "bigfoot trucks"

It really makes more sense with "food"
