Does preguntarse/wonder trigger the subjunctive?

I have a question.
Does the verb preguntarse/wonder trigger the subjunctive.

Wondering about something is the same thing as asking an indirect question about a (possible) fact. When dealing with facts, there's no doubt, fear, or any other strong emotion involved. Use the indicative.

If you're not dealing with facts (even possible facts), that triggers the subjunctive.
