Is the Spanish translation correct?

I have tried to translate a sentences into Spanish. Is the translation correct? If there are any error, please help me correct them. Thank you! The sentence in () is annotation.

(When software users changed some text on a text editor software, a message box will show with the following sentence.)

1. Do you want to save changes?
¿Quieres guardar los cambios?

To save = salvar

Sorry, but "guardar" is more standard. At least in Mexican systems in Spanish.
