Gureto - Cigar tip

Hi I love cigars but have only really smoked King Edwards. I thought I should try Romeo Y Julieta. I went on line to look at cigar cutters as these need to be cut.

I heard someone explaining about the tip of a cigar and he said in Spanish it is called a gureto. I think that is what he said. I have tried looking this up. If someone can correct me on this and give me an English translation that would be great.

Thanks
