Corralito no das pie con bolo. You missed the mark ? IS this correct for no das pie con bolo, o no dar una?

Y en otro contexto como el deporte, por ejemplo, El correr hace correr la adrenalina o algo así, o hace liberar adrenalina. Lo oí ayer y la verdad no sé que querían decir.
