Lightbulb En fin

In Spanish when we want to finish a stament or to change the subject or simply to say that there´s nothig you can do about it, we say en fin. In English?
I set some examples.

"Oh well" has become a handy expression for me.

"So" works for 1 and 2. I would say "Sigh" for 3, but I think that's fairly idiosyncratic.

"Enrollarse" means 'speak a lot' (for instance, a teacher), or even speak a lot to get something (for instance, a boy to a girl). But it also means "to roll up" (a blind). So the comparison to "enrollarse" with a blind.

Well, I'm not sure if it's clear, now
