Nosotros a este tipo de oración la llamamos "pasiva refleja impersonal" (se hace, se dice, se comenta, ...), siempre en tercera persona y sin pronombres átonos. Si usamos los pronombres átonos, ya no es pasiva refleja impersonal (se lo dije, etc.) |

Bueno, sí... aquí es más común que "se usa"... nos suena raro "se lo usa", pero sé que ese "lo" es frecuente en otros países.

A mi personalmente "se usa", "se lo usa" y "se le usa" me suenan muy, pero muy normales al oído. (lo pusé en orden de uso)
