Readable & Writable (computers)

I'm still doing more translating of this site, and I've run into the words readable and writeable. This means that you (or a program etc.) has permission to 'read' a file (the file is readable), which means the file can be viewed or 'read'. When a file is writable (also writeable) then I have permission to modify or write to the file.

This file is writable = Este archivo es escribible.
This file is readable = Este archivo es legible.
The program has write permission for that file/directory. = El programa tiene permiso de escritura? para ese archivo/directorio.

Any ideas?

This file is writable = This file has write permission = Este archivo tiene permiso de escritura
This file is readable = This file has read permission = Este archivo tiene permiso de lectura

Read/write authority = Permiso de lectura/escritura
directory/folder = directorio/carpeta

Entiendo que lo que quieres decir es:
  • Sólo lectura.
  • Puedes modificar este archivo.
¿Como en una wiki?

Thanks for the input guys.

I'm fairly confident that permiso de lectura/escritura will work pretty well.

Usted no tiene permiso de escritura en este directorio.
