Are the following correct?

He must have had the interview yesterday.
Él debió haber tenido la entrevista ayer.
Él debía haber tenido la entrevista ayer.

He should have had the interview ayer.
Él debería haber tenido la entrevista ayer.

He must have had the interview already.
Él debía haber tenido ya la entrevista

He must have had the interview yesterday.
(Él) debió haber tenido la entrevista ayer.
(Él) debía haber tenido la entrevista ayer.

He should have had the interview yesterday.
He would have had the interview yesterday.
(Él) hubiera tendido la entrevista ayer.
(This can be "should have" or "would have", it depends on the context of the sentence.)

He was supposed to have the interview yesterday.
(Él) debería haber tenido la entrevista ayer.

He must have had the interview already.
(Él) debió haber tenido ya la entrevista.
(Él) debía haber tenido ya la entrevista.

Hope that helps

???

He must have had the interview yesterday.
(Él) debió haber tenido la entrevista ayer.
(Él) debía haber tenido la entrevista ayer.

from grammar book:

Ellos ya habían venido. They had already come.

Is the preterit perfect for haber just not used?

Check out the table on this page. In cmon's example, certainty was being expressed, so the past tense is must have + past participle.

Por supuesto. Debía is past tense of deber.

Should've had some meaning.

Must've had some meaning. (however, this one I always took it as "Debe haber tenido...")
