Sí, algunas personas juegan al golf para desahogarse, lo que no es muy violentamente, pero me preocupo de las pelotas las cuales golpean.

Cuando *me estoy desahogando quiero mirar las programas humorísticas.

¿Debo añadir 'me'?

desagehogarse - Perhaps we could say "letting off steam", which could be done silently or noisily?

I can't do it, for instance when I need to venting me, I need to cry, I don't know why, sometimes I feel that am a person very lazy or crazy.

I think the people who throw the things to feeling them vented are crazy, it's something violent is part of the personality of the people who has mental problems.

I don't think that a violent reaction (if you don't hurt anybody, of course) is a proof of a mental disorder. There's an animal inside us and we have to let it do, because if we don't let it, it can react against us. I think it's good to be self- controlled, but too much self-control can be counterproductive.
