Does this mean what i think it means?

no quiere el divorico pero no la quiero.
she doesn't want the divorce but i don't love her. is the spanish version written correctly?

That is a correct translation, providing the context supports it.

I think the second part would be "no la amo"? Or is it more of a cultural/idiomatic thing that you would use "quiero"?

Also, I would've thought maybe it could be "lo quiero", for "I want it [the divorce]".

Querer and amar are both used for "to love" in Spanish, so there's nothing wrong with the use of "querer" in this case.

If you are the one making the statement, then it would be:

No quiero el divorcio pero no la amo......

Ella no quiere el divorcio pero yo no la amo.
or
No quiere el divorcio pero yo no la amo.
or
No quiere divorciarse pero no la amo.

Thinking that at one point you did love her, then it would be:

Ella no quiere el divorcio pero yo ya no la amo.
