Necescito "sin gluten" torta. Tengo Celíaca. "Sin gluten" es horrible. Clic aquí para más información: http://www.celiaco.org.ar/ y http://www.celiachia.it/aic/nelmondo/nel_mondo.aspx

Espero que comería su torta.

I made some corrections in the quote above. The last sentence is also wrong but I'm not sure what you wanted to say, maybe:
I hope I could eat your cake - Espero poder comer su torta
or
I would like to be able to eat your cake - Me gustaría poder comer su torta
or
...?
Either way, "su torta" or "tú torta" doesn't sound that good, it can lead to jokes. Better just to say "la torta".

Yes, I wish that I could eat your cake. I do see how that could lead to a joke. My probablem is that I think very literally when translating from English to Spanish. I see the way my sentences work and yours. Both could work I suppose but I'm not sure how they sound to a native Spanish speaker. Thank you/gracias.

There is a slight problem, pastel de choclo translates to "choclo pie". it isn't a torta nor a cake.

Now, in Chile "comer tu queque" might mean something other than just what it means literally.

RAE, torta:
10. f. vulg. Perú. Relación sexual entre mujeres.
Here torta is a veeery coloquial word for saying "lesbian" too.

Lorenzo está diciendo justo lo contrario. No puede comer comida sin gluten y eso es lo que dice que la hace horrible.
