It means that running water is not bad, as opposed to still water.

Corriente se puede traducir current cuando es sustantivo ("No nades ahí, hay corrientes fuertes" => "Don't swim there, there are strong currents") pero no se me ocurre ninguna frase en la que sea adjetivo y se pueda traducir así. Has acertado con running water.
Si lo quieres decir literalmente, sería "Running water won't kill you", o por el sentido, "Fast-flowing water is safe to drink"; pero si se trata de un modismo no me suena a ninguno inglés. |
