Juan está en la escuela

Hola,

"Juan está en la escuela"- Si quisiera analizar esta oración sintacticamente, ¿cómo lo haría?

Juan- es el sujeto, pero "está" es un verbo copulativo al que sigue un complemento circunstancial de lugar " en la escuela" .

Lo analizaria así ?

Juan- sujeto
Está- verbo
En la escuela - CC de lugar O - un predicativo subjetivo obligatorio porque viene después del verbo couplativo ?

¿Cuál sería la manera correcta?

Básicamente creo que es correcto.

Sujeto: Juan
Predicado: está en la escuela
Verbo: está
CC de lugar: en la escuela

So in this case even if the verb is copulativo, what follows it should be predicativo obligatorio? and for example : Juan está cansado en la escuela

would cansado be the predicativo obligatorio?

Yes. The prepositional phrase isn't part of the predicate. It can be moved to the front of the sentence without changing its meaning.

And in case "Juan está cansado" - cansado would be the predicativo obligatorio right?
