¿Cómo se dice?

They are giving her a hard time.
They are being really hard on her.

Le están haciendo pasar mal.
Están siendo muy duro con Ella.

It's not fair on him (if we do that)
To be fair to him... (he did say it in a friendly way)

Es injusto en el.
Para ser justo a el....

No es justo que tenga/tiene tanto trabajo (con el subjuntivo?)
