Me gustaría feliz ayudarte. -> With the verb "gustar", the thing someone likes (or would like) is the subject of the sentence. Since the verb already has the idea of being pleased, "feliz" can't find a place in the sentence.
- Me gusta servir a la gente.
- Me gustaría ir al cine.
- Cuando era niña, me gustaba correr en el campo.

It's the same with other similar verbs:
- Me encantaría ayudarte.
- Me agradas mucho.
- Me molesta no poder ayudarte.


Sería feliz de ayudarte. / Estaría feliz de ayudarte. -> The preposition "de" is necessary to introduce the cause of my being happy.
