Practicando las traducciones

Aquí intentaré practicar mis traducciones. Usaré libros, periódicos, etc. Algunos serán inglés a español y algunos español a inglés.

No quiero encontrar palabras en Google, pero lo intento yo mismo.

Mi español está no bueno, pero que espero mejorar.

Por favor, ayudame si puedes.

El Torero

Aquí está Pedro. Pedro es un muchacho. Lleva un sombrero negro y una capa roja. Quiere jugar a "toros y toreros." Quiere ser torero.

Aquí está Pepe. Pepe es un burrito. Mira el sombrero negro. Mira la capa roja. También quiere jugar a "toros y toreros." Quiere ser el toro.

Y ésta es María. María es una muchacha. Tiene muchas flores. Las flores son bonitas. María tambiín es bonita. Está sentada en el balcón. Mira al toro y al torero.

Pedro se inclina ante Maria como un verdadero torero. En este momento, Pepe comienza a correr hacia Pedro. Corre muy de prisa como un verdadero toro. Pedro no lo ve y sigue frente a María. María sí lo ve y grita: "¡Mira, Pedro! ¡Mira! ¡Pepe viene!

Pedro se vuelve rápidamente. Pepe baja la cabeza y corre hacia Pedro. Pero éste no tiene miedo. ¡Es valiente como un torero! Levanta la capa roja y espera a Pepe. Pedro está en peligro. María cierra los ojos. No quiere ver el fin de Pedro.

Pepe casi toca la capa, pero en este momento Pedro la mueve y Pepe sigue el movimiento de la capa. ¡Pedro es ágil como un torero! María abre los ojos. ¡Olé! - grita ella. ¡Olé, Pedro!

Le tire flores a Pedro que está muy contento. María tambíen está contenta. Pero Pepe no está contento y mira a Pedro. Éste se inclina otra vez ante María. Entonces Pepe comienza a correr otra vez.

Corre de nuevo hacia Pedro. En este momento, María mira a Pepe. ¡Mira, Pedro! ¡Pepe vuelve de nuevo! - grita ella.

Pero es demasiado tarde. Pedro está muy inclinado y Pepe le da un golpe muy fuerte. Pedro cae al suelo. Ahora Pepe está contento. María le tira flores a Pepe y grita: ¡Olé, Pepe!"

The Bullfighter

Here is Pedro. Pedro is a boy. He wears a black hat and a red cape. He wants to play "bull and bullfighter." He wants to be the bullfighter.

Here is Pepe. Pepe is a small donkey. He looks at the black hat. He looks at the red cape. He also wants to play "bull and bullfighter." He wants to be the bull.

Pedro turns quickly. Pepe lowers his head and runs at Pedro. But he does not have (?). He is valiant(?) like a bullfighter. He raises the red cape and waits for Pepe. Pedro is in position(?). María closes her eyes. She does not want to see the end of Pedro.

Pepe charges(?) the cape, but suddenly Pedro moved it and Pepe continues to move through the cape. Pedro is agile like a bullfighter. María opens her eyes. "Bravo! - she yells. "Bravo, Pedro!"

She throws the flowers to Pedo who is very happy. María is also happy. But Pepe is not happy and looks at Pedro. He is bowing another time toward María. Then Pepe begins to run another time.

He runs as new(?) toward Pedro. Suddenly María sees Pepe. "Look, Pedro! Pepe is coming as new(?)" she yelled.

But it was too late. Pedro is deeply bowing and Pepe gives him a strong push(?). Pedro falls to the floor(?). Now Pepe is happy. María throws the flowers to Pepe and yells:

"Bravo, Pepe!"



Los Jardines

Pedro y María tienen jardines. El jardín de Pedro es de legumbres. El jardín de Maria es de flores. Es muy pequeño. ¡Es más pequeño del pueblo! Pero tiene muchas flores y es muy bonito.

Es muy, muy bonito - dice Pedro, mirando el jardín - pero no hay nada de comer en tu jardín. No es tan útil como el mío.

¡No es verdad! - dice María. - Mi jardín es tambíen útil. Tú comes algo que viene de aquí todas las mañanas.

¿De veras? - pregunta Pedro, miranda el jardín otra vez.

Él ve rosas, margaritas, amapolas, lirios, geranios y muchos pensamientos.

- Veo muchas flores pero no veo nada de comer - dice.

¡Mira! - dice María. - Hay muchas abejas en este jardín.

- Pues, María - dice Pedro - ¡No he comido ninguna abeja en toda mi vida!

María ríe y dice:

-!Claro que no, Pedro! ¡No comes abejas! Pero las abejas hacen miel y tú comes muchos pan con miel, ¿verdad?

Aquí está el jardín de Pedro. Es menos bonito que el de María pero es muy grande. Es más grande que el de ella. ¡Es el más grande del pueblo! Tiene muchas plantas.

¿Qué clase de plantas son? - pregunta María. Pedro contesta: ¡Son plantas de sopa!

¿De sopa? - pregunta María - ¡No es posible plantar sopa!

Ella mira a las plantas. Hay tomates, papas, y maíz. Hay cebollas y zanahorias. Hay aun ajos.

No veo ninguna planta de sopa - dice ella. - No veo más que legumbres.

-Claro que sí - dice Pedro - ¡Son plantas para hacer sopa de legumbres!

Pedro and Maria have gardens. Pedro's garden is for vegetables. Maria's garden if for flowers. It is very small. It is smaller than Pedro's garden. It is the smallest in the village! But it has many flowers and is very pretty.

It is very, very pretty, - says Pedro, looking at the garden - but you do not have anything to eat in your garden. It is not as useful as mine.

That's not true! - says Maria, - my garden also useful. You eat something that you see in here every morning.

Really? - asks Pedro, looking at the garden another time.

Here is Pedro's garden. It is less pretty than Maria's but it is very big. It is much bigger than hers. It is the biggest of the village! It has many plants.

What kind of plants are those? - asks Maria. Pedro answers: They are soup plants!

Soup? - asks Maria - It's not possible to plant soup!

She looks at the plants. There are tomatoes, potatoes and corn. There are onions and carrots. There is some (?).

I do not see any soup plants - she says - I do not see more than vegetables.

Of course - says Pedro - They are plants for making vegetable soup!
