Estoy con toda la pata

Estoy con toda la pata

That was a new one on me, to express satisfaction/well-being/contentment when asked ¿Cómo estás? I heard it from a Costa Rican and wonder how well-known it may be elsewhere.

It is only used in Costa Rica, as is "Pura vida".
