Yes, although "nada más" + infinitive is a more educated expression (at least in Mexico), so it sounds kind of strange with "nomás". Not wrong at all, but unusual.
With the same sense as the original example, it's more often heard with a conjugated verb:

- Nomás llegó, todos salieron a verlo.
- Nomás terminó el discurso, salió corriendo.
- Nomás salió del gobierno, se hizo católico.
