To make the sound of O by rounding one´s lips to resemble the bottom of a Coke bottle, maybe the same meaning as It´s as simple as ABC

The idiom I Know in Spanish is "no saber hacer la o con un canuto", meaning that somebody knows nothing or can do nothing.
