I need some opinions

Hello Everyone, I am translating an affidavit here, but I'm a little confused on how I should translate the title. This is what it's called.
"Acta Notarial de Testigos Fuera de Protocolo"

I have only found "acta notarial fuera de protocolo" translated as "record outside of official records".

Would it be useful for you something like "witnesses not registered on official record", "off protocol witnesses" or perhaps "non-officially recorded witnesses"?

Thank you Angelica, I have it as this so far "Notarial Act of Witnesses Out Of The Protocol"
this is a statement from a witness attesting that this young lady is the daughter of two people that he knows. I like what you have too though, maybe I could also put it as Äffidavit of witnesses outside of official records"?

I'm dubious about using "protocol" in an English translation: it doesn't seem to exactly fit any of the definitions given in Wiktionary, and Oxford translates protocolo in the context of law as registry. The English Wikipedia page on notaries does use the term, but reading the page as a whole suggests that a better translation for fuera de protocolo is in private form.

For the entire phrase, I suggest the translation Notarial instrument in private form of witness statement.
