Hola, ¿cómo se escribe los nombres plurales?

If it's the Smith family - los Smith.

But if you mean the 80's rock band, then I reckon it should be The Smiths - but since the Spanish change Queen Elizabeth to La Reina Isabel - then it's probably los Smith too

No. In English, hay que añadir una ese (y a veces 'es'). In Spanish, el apellido no cambia.

The Arjonas. The Garcías. The Rodriguezes.
Los Arjona. Los García. Los Rodriguez.
