Welcome, Bilha.

As best I can tell from your post, English isn't your primary language and you've encountered some Spanish that you'd like translated into English. Correct me if I've misunderstood.

Here are some possible translations:
'training aimed at (directed at/for) personnel with the purpose (aim/goal) of urging (pursuading/inciting) them to pay attention to client service.'
'training for personnel with the aim of pursuading them to give attention to servicing the client.'
'training directed at personnel with the goal of inciting them to pay attention to the client's service.'
'training aimed at personnel with the goal of urging attention to the service of the client.'

There are other possibilities, but I believe these translations basically mean the same thing.

Good luck!

Elaina will become famous soon enough
Good Morning:

Rusty's translations are correct what they are basically saying is that their "training goal for staff/employees is customer service"

Welcome Bilha! Interesting to know what your primary language is? No matter, you are welcome!

Okay, here's my translation

It's a little looser but more colloquial:

Employee training for improving customer service

I like your tranlation marsopa. It's not so accurate as Rusty's, but I think is really what Bilha is searching.

I just wanted to thank you again for your excellent suggestions for my document regarding baseline panel evaluation etc... in case you didn't seem my post on the other thread (which is apparently archived already).

Thanks again.
