Shasta daisies
¿Alguien sabe un nombre común castizo, o por lo menos más españolizado, para lo que se llama por ahí 'margaritas shasta'?

Yo no veo diferencia entre daisies y shasta daisies.... para mi esas son simplemente "margaritas"

Si es más grande que una margarita común, aquí se le llama "margaritón".

Chrysanthemum maximum (Asteraceae) http://aggie-horticulture.tamu.edu/w...d/36/36.7.html Hay varias especies de crisantemos, no solo ese maximum. Al menos aquí se usa la palabra crisantemo.
