Paso como de comer mierda

Unhappy Paso como de comer mierda

This expression is a bit strong but it makes you release steam off your body, it means not be interested in the least in Sth. DO you have an equivalent in English, apart from I don´t care a fig.

Somehow I can clearly picture a Brit stating that with fury (well as much fury as the Brits can muster anyway..), but for the life of me I can't imagine an American saying it..
