Is video pronounced with the accent on the i or on the e? (in Spanish) Like vídeo?

The Spanish word 'video' has no accent mark, which means that the penultimate syllable (the 'e') is stressed. However, some countries apparently use the accented 'i', which would make it sound more like the English pronunciation.

Looking at internet sites, I see the translation that Tomisimo gave, but, as he alluded, it seems more popular to use 'juego video' and 'juegos video'. However, Wikipedia translates it the same way Tomisimo does.
