No se ha cumplido con ellos
Does this mean has not come true for them?
In context: El sueño americano no se ha cumplido con ellos.

Yeah, that translation will work.
cumplirse = to be fulfilled/achieved |

Thanks for confirming this, Rusty.
I have trouble with this form form of the Spanish passive. When I hear or read it used in a new way for me, it trips me up. Could you say: No se me ha cumplido?

What you wrote before wasn't passive. Cumplirse is a pronominal verb.
The phrase you wrote last, however, is passive, and is a possible construction. I think one of its translations is it's not fulfilled me. |

The word cumplir is translate as fulfill or complete.
For example, I wanna say, I have to fulfill with my work. (Tengo que cmplir con mi trabajo.) Or it would be translated of this way, I have to complete with my job. Thank you for your suggestion above.
