Translation for a tattoo, needs to be perfecto!

Hola

I want to check a translation for the phrase 'My Heart Is Complete'

I thought it was 'Mi Corazon Esta Completo' and have checked it a couple of times but some have said it is 'Es' instead of 'Esta' - otherwise it would say 'My Heart This Complete'

Also would it be completo or completa as I am female?

I need to get it correcto, muchas gracias por todo

Mi corazón está completo.

The accents over the two vowels are not optional. Make sure they're transcribed.

agree with Rusty.
"corazón" is masculine, always "completo", no matter you're male or female.
And the usual is "Mi corazón está completo", My heart is complete.
Prior was not complete but with you is complete now. "Mi corazón está completo"

That sounds like a painful tattoo, especially with accents. How about just ??

And when it gets uncomplete again? (or when you realize it wasn't complete at all in the first place) what are you going to do?
Ah, yes, maybe just a line can solve it...
