A little help with translating a card

Hi, I'm tyring to translate a card and give it a friend,but I'm still a novice in the spanish language.I would sure appreciate it if anyone could give me a hand with this. The card reads as follows:

For You
For you God gave something special,
For you god gave himself.
For you god built a world to see,
A place for you to be.

For you Christ died on the cross,
To erase all your sin.
For you god placed the stars above,
His power shown to all men.

For you god created all the plants,
Oceans,seas,and fowls.
Animales,grass,and all the trees,
Watched daily by the owls.

For you jesusdied to show,
A love that would never end.
For you;for love;for your life.
For everlasting forgiveness of sin.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whoever believes in Him should not perish,but have everlasting life.

You are truly loved

Para ti Dios se dío.
Para ti Dios construyó un mundo para ver,
Un lugar para ti de estar.

Para ti Christo se murío en la cruz,
Para borrar todos tus pecados.
Para ti dios puso las estrellas en el cielo,
Su gran poder mostrado a toda la humanidad.

Para ti Dios ha creado todas las plantas,
Oceanos,mares,y párajos.
Animales,hierba,y todos los árboles,
mirado diario por los búhos.

Para ti Jesus se murío para mostrar,
Un amor que nunca terminaría.
Para ti;para amor;para tu vida.
Por remisión eterna de pecado.

vigilados diariamente por los búhos.

Both of you did very good. Instead of pajaros it's "aves" and the word in the last sentence should be "verdaderamente". I hope this helps. Take care

I agree with Pura. All of you have done a great job translating the card.

I would only suggest you take into account that in Spanish it does not sound "normal" or "common" to ears the translation of "For you Christ died on the cross" as "Para ti Cristo murio en la cruz".

In all texts, prays and also mass we use "Por ti Cristo murió en la cruz".

As Patri says, there are some "clichés" in a prayer, like
For you god gave himself. Por tí Dios se entregó
For you Christ died on the cross, "Por ti Cristo murió en la cruz"
but the last one (porque da tal manera....) was a good one !!
